This dude is beyond annoying...?

I have this guy in my summer school class and I also had him in one of my semester classes for my junior year in HS. He's just so conceited about himself and sometimes lies to girls just to make himself look good...also he always tries to pick fights when he clearly doesnt know what he's up against...I've ignored him for many times already and Im fed up with what he says to me and everyone else...What should I do? I can't resort to fighting him unless he throws the first hit so violence isn't going to cut it
